To create and submit an OMVIC application please use these steps:

- Click on the following link https://omvic.powerappsportals.com/ to begin the process or copy and paste the above link into your web browser.
- Click on the “Sign In” button.
- Enter in the email address and password you used when creating your account and click “Sign In”. If you do not remember your password, please click the “Forgot your password?” button.
- Under “Application Quick Links” select the application you would like to submit and follow the instructions.
